These terms cover this website, Tokenmeter and TokenDiet, made by Bar Madar. By using them you agree to these terms.
The website
The site and its content are provided for information. You may link to it and share it. Its text, screenshots and graphics are © Bar Madar unless stated otherwise; all screenshots show the products themselves with demo data.
Tokenmeter
Tokenmeter is free, open-source software under the MIT license, which governs its use.
TokenDiet license
Buying TokenDiet gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to install, use and modify it, either for yourself or, if you bought it for a company or organization, for that organization's own employees and contractors. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute it, or a modified version of it. The full license is included as LICENSE.txt in the download.
Purchases and refunds
- TokenDiet is sold through Agensi, which acts as the seller (merchant of record), processes payment and delivers the download. Its terms apply to your purchase.
- Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. To ask for a refund, use Agensi's refund process within 30 days of buying. If you run into a problem with the product itself, you're also welcome to open an issue; most problems can be fixed quickly.
- Updates are delivered through Agensi: when a new version is released, it replaces the download on your purchase at no extra cost.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including Israel's Consumer Protection Law where it applies.
No warranty
Both tools are provided "as is". Token counts are estimates. TokenDiet asks before changing files and backs them up first, but you are responsible for reviewing changes and for your data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Bar Madar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the tools, and total liability for TokenDiet is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Trademarks
Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Tokenmeter and TokenDiet are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Agensi, Cursor, GitHub or any other company named on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
